How it works

One list, three pieces, one PDF

  1. Paste the list you already keep, in whatever shape it is in.
  2. Escort cards come out alphabetical by surname so guests can find themselves; the sign groups by table.
  3. Download one PDF with trim marks, and fold the place cards on the dotted line.

Before you use it

Why are the escort cards not grouped by table?

A guest arriving at the display is looking for their own name, not their table. Escort cards are sorted by surname for that reason, and the seating chart is grouped by table because it is read the other way round.

What happens to a long name?

The type shrinks until the name fits inside the card rather than running off the trim line.

Why do place cards print the name twice?

They are tent cards. The upper half prints upside down so the name reads from the other side once the card is folded on the dotted line.

Is this free?

Yes. This validation version has no payment or account.

Is my guest list stored?

No. The list is parsed and drawn in this tab and never sent anywhere. Anonymous usage events and feedback are recorded.

Privacy

We record anonymous interaction events, a random browser session identifier, referral source, device category, and feedback. We do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, or the text entered into the tool.
